Here are the requirements for your baby’s passport application that you need to prepare.

1. Accomplished passport application form. This form can be downloaded at the DFA website or given at the DFA.

2. Original Birth Certificate from NSO.

3. Marriage Certificate in printed in Security Paper, original and photocopy.

4. Passport of both parents, original and photocopy.

When you get to the courtesy lane, you will be directed to the steps from submitting the document, paying for the passport fee, having your baby’s picture taken and for the passport delivery service.

The DFA courtesy lane are originally for permanent government employees and their families. However, they have expanded their services to Senior Citizens, pregnant women and kids below one year old.

There is no appointment needed unlike the regular passport application and the whole process can be done in less than an hour!
